Position: P&C – Contract
Location: Navi Mumbai
Job Accountabilities:
- Responsible for lining up all category vendor and supplier for Contract as well as supply related to development & maintenance of Water Bodies, Swimming Pool, Big Lake/Ponds, etc.
- Preparation of RFQ for package during project as well as for Annual Maintenance Contract.
- Understand the Rate Analysis & Prepare Internal cost estimation.
- Handling various interaction meetings with all stakeholders.
- Co-ordination with cross functional team related to requisition to payment cycle.
- Following up with supplier and vendors for status update, expediting of delivery, payment etc.
