Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer contracts in accordance with project requirements and contractual frameworks such as FIDIC.
- Lead contract strategy, compliance, and risk management across project phases.
- Oversee variations, claims, change management, contractual notices, and commercial correspondence.
- Provide contractual and commercial advice to project management and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor contractor performance against contractual terms, KPIs, deliverables, and obligations.
- Coordinate with legal, planning, cost control, procurement, and project teams on disputes and claims.
