Key Responsibilities Contract & Commercial Management Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects related to main contracts and subcontracts Manage contractual and commercial risks and implement mitigation measures effectively and promptly Review external providers' (e.g. vendors and subcontractors) terms of service and project deliverables Provide contractual and commercial advisory support throughout all project stages, including construction, subcontracting, completion, and handover Advise on contractual correspondence while considering commercial implications Claims & Risk Management Identify, assess, and manage contractual risks Manage contractual claims, disputes, settlements, and resolutions Prepare and review contractual notices, including Extension of Time (EOT), change orders, and related documentation Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, policies, and procedures Project & Team Support Support the Quantity Surveying team in project monitoring, reporting, plannin...
