Contract Manager

Job Description Collaborate across internal departments- Tender/ Business Development, Project, Quanity Surveyor, Finance Team to ensure operational consistency, shape contracting strategies and frameworks that support long-term business objectives. Review and Resolve commercial/technical ambiguities before award, Negotiate favourable pricing and commercial terms, Manage and administer of the procurement contractual agreements, ensure risk mitigation. Manage post contract administration, support QS in evaluating variation orders and commercial disputes. Support dispute avoidance strategies and assist in mediation, adjudication, arbitration where require. Coordinate with legal counsel when dispute arises. Maintain and update of all procurement associated contractual documentation and records.
