Job Responsibilities Lead & guide the quantity surveying team in contract administration to ensure quality and timeliness in delivery of their assigned tasks & responsibilities. Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly. Oversee and manage contract progress claim, certifications, variation & final accounts. Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes & contract claims with client/consultants and subcontractors. Identify contractual risks/issues/potential dispute proactively and propose sound solutions to management to mitigate such risk/issues. Work closely with the project team & oversee the quantity surveying in the analysis, evaluation & negotiations of quotations, to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers.
