The Contract Procurement Administrator is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of contracts and procurement processes within an organization. This position ensures all service contracts related to event operations, maintenance, and venue support are accurate, up to date. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, is bilingual and experienced in managing documentation for both private vendors and government oversight bodies.
Essential Duties
+ Review all required service contracts to ensure they include all applicable terms, conditions, and compliance clauses; submit contracts to the PR District Authority for approval, after which PRCDA submits them to the Office of the Comptroller.
