Contract & Procurement Professional for a major offshore wind project in France.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to defining and drafting procurement procedures applicable to the project.
* Acculturate and support project team members in procurement best practices.
* Ensure validation of procurement decisions in line with company governance.
* Assist in entering purchase orders into NetSuite and archiving complete procurement records.
* Review contracts for compliance with project constraints, particularly for external studies and services.
* Support contract management, including tracking commitments and handling disputes.
* Propose tools for procurement reporting with relevant performance indicators.
Experience
* Ability to manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of project phases including some experience as package contract engineers.
* Contract preparation, CFT, negotiation, administration.
