Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and propose solutions for EHS needs (air, wastewater, ergonomics, hazardous materials).
- Ensure site compliance with EHS goals, programs, and regulations.
- Support new process/product introduction with EHS expertise.
- Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions.
- Conduct internal EHS inspections and audits.
- Develop, update, and deliver EHS training programs.
- Liaise with government agencies on EHS matters.
- Act as back-up emergency incident commander or safety officer when required.
- Min. Bachelor's Degree with min. 4 years of EHS experience.
- Registered Safety Officer (RSO) certification required.
- Strong knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and local safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
