About the job
Applying your technical expertise, negotiation skills and your knowledge of contract practices, you will:
- Monitor contractors’ delivery of construction and maintenance operations while ensuring necessary work records are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, review of extra work, contract drawings and documents and claims.
- Liaise with contractors, property owners, internal staff, and the general public to address issues and complaints.
- Provide technical advice and training to staff.
