Job Description

Role: Contract Specialist

Location: Remote (Brazil)

Duration: Long term

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (intake, drafting, negotiation support, execution, and archiving), and utilizing contract management system(s)
  • Experience drafting and redlining contracts using standard templates (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Amendments, SaaS/IT Agreements)
  • Ability to identify non-standard terms and escalate risks appropriately
  • Familiarity with using fallback positions and negotiation playbooks
  • Working knowledge of Source-to-Pay process; understanding of procurement roles and approvals Experience supporting indirect procurement

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • IT background is preferred
