Job Description

CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the TBU contract management system and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate with Legal to follow up on contract review, revision, approval processes, and legal document requests
  • Track TBU Capex hardware procurement and delivery progress
  • Support vendor communication with basic negotiation capabilities
  • Continuously optimize contract and procurement processes to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in contracts, procurement, or commercial roles
  • Familiar with contract processes; experience working with Legal teams is a plus
  • Basic negotiation skills and cost awareness
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, high execution ability, and attention to detail
