Summary This vacancy is for a GS-1102-13, Contract Specialist located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, C5I CONTRACTING, DIVISION 3 BRANCH 1-CG-C5I-C31 in PORTSMOUTH, Virginia. Responsibilities You will serve as a Contract Specialist and will be responsible to plan and recommend execution of all contractual actions and phases for assigned projects within the Office of Contract Operations. This position acquires a full range of sophisticated supplies and services which may include Coast Guard (CG) Information Technology or major acquisitions.
