Summary This vacancy is for a Contract Specialist, GS-1102-13 with the Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, Alameda, CA. Responsibilities You will serve as a/an Contract Specialist Team Lead and be responsible for the development of acquisition strategy through contract execution, contract administration and contract closeout. The incumbent may hold a contracting officer's warrant if determined there is a need. This position acquires a full range of sophisticated supplies and services which may include Coast Guard major acquisitions.
