This role requires direct interaction with students under a Behaviour Analyst's direction, emphasizing functional independence and implementing ABA methodologies. You will participate in training, prepare necessary programming materials, and document students' progress through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Behaviour Analyst in Functional Behaviour Assessments
• Implement individualized plans with students on a 1:1 basis
• Teach skills focused on independence and academic preparation
• Engage in staff training for behaviour support strategies
