Job Scope- Act as the key liaison between Customer Service, Sales teams, Business Units, and Supply Chain departments.
- Respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders regarding orders, stock availability, delivery status, and supply issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and planning teams to resolve stock shortages, residue stock, and product availability matters.
- Ensure smooth communication across departments and follow through until issues are fully resolved.
