Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and engage high‑potential candidates.
- Build diverse talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles to support organizational growth.
- Conduct initial candidate screening to evaluate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit with the university’s values and academic environment.
- Manage and maintain candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking all activity and gathering market intelligence.
- Provide market insights on talent supply, compensation trends, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Manager to understand role requirements, priorities, and strategic hiring needs.
- Other HR projects as assigned.
