The Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking to hire an intern who will support the Commissioner's Office in Central Office Boston. *_Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive):_* * Advance strategies to mitigate risks of limited system capacity by improving inpatient discharge processes. * Assist with process mapping and workflow documentation related to inpatient discharge planning and intra-agency coordination. * Support development of standardized tools to facilitate process improvements, such as meeting facilitation guides, tracking templates, and process documentation. * Support re-procurement of DMH’s flagship community behavioral health services * Conduct analysis of client trends to support potential programmatic changes, particularly analysis of client incident rates * Support preparation for, and synthesis of, internal and potentially external stakeholder focus groups regarding program successes and challenges to date *_Preferr...
