    • The Multi‑Skilled Contractor will provide high‑quality building, installation, and maintenance services across a range of properties. This role requires expertise in carpentry, bathroom and wet‑room installation, kitchen fitting, and general building works. The contractor will support the Estates team by delivering responsive repairs, planned works, and ensuring all tasks meet required safety and quality standards.
