Plans and manages PMO Projects across HR to ensure maintenance ofappropriate business service levels, effective and sustained implementation of thenew HR operating model, support of process quality controls and operational riskmanagement, and realization of opportunities for improvement in HR processes,practices, governance mechanisms, and associated documentation subsequent tolaunch of the future state new HR. Anticipate and assess business needs andobjectives through planning and consultation.
