Aim: overseas corporate contract function by supporting the business unit.
Responsibilities:
To study the bid documents, identification of potential risk area, contingency plan and inform Tendering team so that it can be incorporated in the quotation of the works To prepare the queries during pre-bid stage for client to bring more clarity in the assessment of the proposalTo prepare Contract Appreciation Document (CAD) for internal circulationMonitoring the works from contractual perspective, safeguarding company’s entitlements & performance of obligationsPreparation & submission of claims for various issues arising out of works at site duly coordinating with site To monitor and guide the correspondence with client on behalf of company on regular basis to address any issue, scope of work, delays etc.To coordinate & ...
