- Monitor contracts under the Expansion department, including lease agreements, service contracts, repair and maintenance contracts, and renovation agreements, ensuring timely renewals, compliance, and due diligence.
- Validate and monitor all billing and payments such as rentals, utility bills, security deposits, renovation expenses, agency service fees, incentives, reimbursements, and other payments to service providers.
- Track payment status and schedule for all facilities, ensuring timely payment.
- Lead cross‑functional coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring operational alignment and efficiency.
- Manage and improve databases and trackers for contracts, payments, and related processes.
