Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end strategic procurement and contract management for large-scale residential projects
- Drive sourcing strategies, vendor management, cost optimization, and value engineering initiatives
- Manage RFQs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and commercial finalization
- Ensure procurement governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and supply chain efficiency
- Build strong OEM/vendor partnerships and enhance procurement processes & systems
