Job Summary
Provide sales-related Contract Services to the China, with minimal levels of supervision.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Reviews, drafts and negotiates agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal and ethical standards, with minimal supervision by more senior Contract Services staff, including in:
Responding, within established guidelines, to customers’ RFP/RFQs, vendor qualification documents, contractual requests and purchase requirements for our vendors;
Drafting and negotiating with customers and/or vendors, appropriate contractual language to reflect the business interests and policies of the parties;
Takes the Contracts Lead role on
Less complex international and multi-BU project contracts;
Less complex frame agreements (single WA);
