Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible in monitoring and managing the overall administration of the various contracts and sub-contract works assigned to including preparation of progress reports, recommendation of payments, variation order certificates and final accounts documentation.
- Preparation of tender document and sub-contracts agreement for sub-contractor.
- Calling of tenders/quotations and make evaluation and recommendations to Contracts(HOD).
- Ensure arrangement of project insurance.
- Post contract's correspondence, coordination with project manager, site, consultants, client.
- Resolve all contractual issue of the project undertaken.
- Understanding with ISO9001 certification and others.
Qualifications
- Must possess Higher Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Construction/Interior Architectural.
