Job Description
Construction Division (Site Based)
Monitoring and administering various contracts and sub‑contract works, including preparing progress reports, recommending payments, issuing variation order certificates and finalizing accounts documentation.
Conduct verification of material requisitions, take‑off quantities and site measurements of completed work.
Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure effective project management.
Prepare, call and evaluate tenders as well as value variation orders.
Negotiate building and material costs with subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage the processing of claims from consultants and subcontractors related to project matters.
