Job Description
Our Client, a Communications company, is looking for a Contracts Manager II for their Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ Use several techniques to solve complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review and analysis of several factors and provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
+ Establish and monitor a new team email inbox and distribute inquiries to the appropriate Pole Team member for follow-up.
+ Oversee new requests from 3rd Parties wanting to attach to Client-owned Poles and Conduit by sending out an initial Attacher Questionnaire, populating a draft Pole Attachment Agreement, securing all necessary documentation from 3rd Party and following through to execution using EFAA and CLM standard processes.
+ Assist with pole data collection, review & analysis.
