**Description:**
You will be the Contracts Manager for the Precision Fires Launchers and Munitions team. Our team is responsible for delivering contract excellence that powers advanced munitions development, production, and sustainment.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for leading contract activities that enable the Precision Fires Line of Business to meet its mission objectives.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead a team of contracts professionals supporting Precision Fires development, production, and sustainment contracts (USG, FMS, DCS).
+ Build effective relationships with internal and external customers to influence outcomes and secure win‑win solutions.
+ Lead cross‑functional teams to propose, negotiate, and execute contracts from capture through award, execution, and closeout.
