Roles & Responsibilities Contracts Management, Support to Bids & Projects
- Ensure the proper performance of the contractual commitments of the dedicated program he/she is in charge of;
- Work closely with the business, operational and technical functions in elaborating relevant legal and contractual solutions in all business relationships, in identifying contractual, legal and compliance stakes so that risks are detected, measured and mitigated, in ensuring that contractual commitments comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Advise operational teams of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions;
- Draft, negotiate, structure, implement, manage and monitor a wide variety of commercial agreements all in line with policies and procedures, to support the proper performance of the program;
