Contracts Manager (Roofing Division) POSITION INFO:
Requirements •       Minimum 7 years of experience in the roofing industry (essential). •       Proven track record in roofing sales and project delivery. •       Experience with asbestos roof removal and replacement projects (advantageous). •       Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams. •       Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and contractor engagement. •       Ability to read and interpret roofing plans, drawings, and specifications. •       Valid driver''s licence. •       Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, MS Office or similar). •       Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to roofing.
