Job Title: Contracts Manager

This position is pending contract award.
Job Responsibilities
Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Contracts Manager to support the EAGLE-I contract onsite in Tampa, FL. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ The Contracts Manager administers the prime contract end-to-end: award through closeout.
+ Manages mods/options/funding, Ts&Cs, deliverables/CDRLs, and correspondence;
+ ensures FAR/DFARS/clause compliance.
+ Prepares/negotiates agreements, supports proposals, and aligns with PM/Finance on ceilings, burn, and fee.
+ Oversees invoice acceptance (WAWF/PIEE), maintains audit-ready files, tracks risks/issues, and supports customer reviews and data calls (DCMA/IGCEs).
+ Owns templates, clause libraries, and approval gates; provides clear status to leadership.
