Location: South Region
Salary: £85,000 – £110,000 negotiable, plus car or car allowance.
Job Overview
Oversee all aspects of contracts management, compliance, and programme delivery on large‑scale civil engineering and tunnelling projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations, tender preparation, project proposals and client negotiations, ensuring contracts meet technical and legal standards.
- Manage construction schedules and budgets, addressing unexpected costs and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, subcontractors and project teams to maintain clear communication and role clarity.
- Promote SHEQ policies, conduct site safety visits and oversee accident investigations to maintain a safe working environment.
