- Senior Contracts Manager
- Work Location: Changi, Project Office at Lavender area
- Working days: 5.5 days, 8am to 5pm; alternate Saturday full day
- Salary: $8000 to $10000 (depends on experience)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite.
- Involve in Leadership & Team Management to lead, mentor, and develop the contracts team to achieve departmental and project goals.
