Role Summary
The role will be responsible for providing contract drafting and negotiation services for one of the largest tech companies in the US. We are looking for someone with least 5 years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Experience in the M&A buy-side, M&A sell-side, data protection/privacy, service agreements, and NDAs are preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements from NDAs, DPA, Service Agreements, etc.
- Work within contract management systems and client environment
- Effectively communicate with client and their stakeholders
- Work with the stakeholder to identify and achieve specific business goals
- Attend stakeholder meetings and team meetings
- Guide stakeholders based on company legal guidance, policy, and process
- Independently manage workload by assessing priorities and deadlines for tasks assigned
