Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and support global middleware production services (Control-M, CFT, MQ)
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance stability
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests
- Collaborate with development, project, and business teams on requirements and delivery
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform technical analysis and performance optimisation
- Support and enhance middleware platforms and interfaces
- Develop self‑service workflows and automation solutions
- Participate in regional/global projects and strategic initiatives
- Provide on‑call and shift support (rotational basis)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in middleware / infrastructure
