Responsibilities
- Register, analyze and execute payment proposals for the Business Unit, gathering reports related to payment commitments to third parties and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely payment.
- Initiate and execute electronic (RPA) and manual payments to vendors, customs brokers, tax authorities (where applicable), and employees.
- Send proof of payment from bank to individuals involved in the Purchase‑to‑Pay process and file for future reference.
