Control Room Officer Responsibilities
- Managing attendance records for all UNION Employees.
- Monitoring CCTV and alarms for all sites.
- Responding to system alarms and fault indicators in accordance with protocols.
- Managing and administering the keys and electronic access system for card access, provisions, and access transaction reports in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Performing security duties, access control, patrolling, and crowd management for events when needed.
- Attending and responding to enquiries via email and calls.
- Conducting physical patrols of the premises when needed.
- Supporting and responding to any security incidents, assisting in evacuation, and escalating in accordance with standard protocol and relevant departments.
