About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking dedicated Full Time Control Room Operatorsto join our team at Melbourne Olympic Parks. In this critical role, you will oversee control room operations, monitor CCTV feeds, and communicate effectively with roving security officers to address security breaches, alarms, and other incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse CCTV footage for security issues.
- Communicate promptly with security personnel regarding incidents.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of events and incidents.
