We are a fast‑growing, privately held real‑estate investment firm. As Controller, you will lead our financial operations, support growth, and contribute to business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including financial statement preparation and consolidation of 10 entities.
- Prepare budgets and cash‑flow forecasts.
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures.
- Prepare and review internal financial reports; coordinate with external accountants for year‑end filings.
- Maintain effective communication with external partners and stakeholders.
- Stay current with evolving accounting standards and best practices.
- Support, mentor, and grow a small accounting team (bookkeepers and clerks).
