Job Description
Portfolio Oversight: Oversee financial reporting and FP&A function for the UK portfolio of assets.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a financial reporting team in Singapore and manage service providers in UK/Europe.
Compliance Management: Manage routine compliance exercises, including Group and local statutory audits in Singapore and UK/Europe.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls, supporting a fast‑paced and evolving business.
Reporting: Prepare budgets and forecasts for Board reporting.
Technical Support: Provide technical accounting support, including accounting for new M&A transactions.
Mentorship & Collaboration: Coach and guide team members and collaborate with other teams (Business Development, Legal) to support business decisions.
