Controller 1, Inventory Business Control
Responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of inventory accounting and reporting. The role supports month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, drives inventory controls, partners with Business Units (BU) and Operations, and ensures compliance with corporate governance and audit requirements.
What you will be working on- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation between ASM SAP systems, including Finished Goods (FG).
- Analyze variances by reconciling Difference Analyzer with Inventory Overview reports and resolve discrepancies timely.
- Consolidate reporting in Power BI (PBI) and review with the Inventory Planning Team.
- Monitor and manage Work‑in‑Progress (WIP) inventory. Coordinate with BU Teams on status updates and ensure timely closure/TECO of WBS items aged > 6 months. Consolidate WIP files and support Legal Entity (LE) review.
