MezTal is seeking a highly experienced and hands‑on Controller to support one of our U.S.-based clients within the Senior Housing / Real Estate industry .
This role is responsible for overseeing the full accounting function across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient financial operations aligned with U.S. GAAP .
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can both manage a team and remain actively involved in day‑to‑day accounting activities when needed. This position requires advanced English communication, as you will be working closely with U.S.-based stakeholders.
