Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented controller / bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our daily accounting operations, from accounts payable/receivable to financial reporting and analysis. You'll partner with our team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and generate insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue recognition, transaction reconciliation, and general ledger in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
- Invoice, receive, and recognize project revenue accurately and on time, and collaborate directly with clients or their A/R representatives to resolve questions and issues promptly.
- Plan and schedule remittance to third-party contractors, vendors, banks, and institutions ensuring all payables are submitted and in accordance with terms.
