DESCRIPTION
∙ Direct all accounting functions including billing, A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, case cost management, and expense management
∙ Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements; manage year-end close process
∙ Coordinate external audit materials and interact with third-party CPAs on accounting issues and journal entries
∙ Manage outgoing ACH and wire transfers with meticulous attention to fraud prevention
∙ Oversee trust account activities and ensure regulatory compliance
∙ Design and maintain financial controls, policies, and risk management practices
∙ Manage case reporting and T& E reporting with firm leadership and co-counsel
∙ Oversee Tabs3 time management system including billing and user administration
