Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting: billing, statements, ledger, payroll, AP/AR, budgeting, tax, inventory, revenue recognition.
- Partner with Operations leaders to support decisions.
- Lead and supervise the local accounting team.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
- Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strong company standing.
- Strengthen processes and communicate financial insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Finance master’s or MBA is a plus; major in Accounting or equivalent.
- Bilingual professional able to read, translate, converse, and write in English.
- 10+ years of industry experience and 5+ years in a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership; excellent mathematical and analytical skills; proficient verbal and written communication for reporting to upper management.
