The Overheads Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing the organization’s overhead expenses, providing reliable and timely financial information to support decision‑making within the Controlling team and management .
The role combines data analysis, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with different business areas, with the objective of improving cost transparency, identifying efficiency opportunities, and ensuring adherence to budgets.
RESPONSABILIDADES / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and monitor the overhead expenses , ensuring their proper classification and tracking.
- Prepare regular controlling reports on variances versus budget, forecast, and previous year.
