The role provides a platform for engaging in cross‑functional efforts to diagnose root causes, develop effective resolutions and employ problem‑solving strategies. Additionally the position entails making informed decisions with limited data, leveraging project management techniques and maintaining direct communication with customers to improve service quality delivery and overall satisfaction.
