Job Description

Role: Experimentation / CRO Lead

Location: Onsite – Washington DC

Type: Long Term Contract


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining the experimentation strategy and managing optimization initiatives to improve digital conversion rates.
  • Develop hypotheses, prioritize experiments, manage A/B testing lifecycle, analyze results, and recommend experience improvements based on data insights


Required Skills

  • 7-10 years' experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, strong knowledge of experimentation platforms and data-driven decision making.
