Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Draft and review legal documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Provide professional and timely advice to clients while maintaining high standards of client care.
- Work independently while collaborating with colleagues to meet departmental targets.
