Requirements
- Current or recent experience within a Residential Conveyancing role
- Ability to independently manage a small caseload from instruction through to completion
- Strong knowledge of sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Confidence using Case Management Systems and online search portals
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive and professional approach to work
