Job Description
Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Administer sectional and conventional property transfers from instruction to registration
- Process instructions and maintain accurate records of source of instruction
- Report to clients, estate agents and the conveyancer throughout the matter
- Arrange appointments, draft documents and manage files proactively
- Identify potential issues and escalate problem areas timeously
- Arrange lodgement, handle registration steps and ensure delivery of deeds
- Manage financial administration, including investments, payments, receipts and balancing of funds
- Ensure FICA compliance
- Assist with reception duties when required
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in a similar conveyancing transfers role
- Sound knowledge of Lexis Convey and AJS
